This is not an everyday drink. It is intended to be used as a short cleanse when your body feels heavy, bloated, backed up, or ready for a deeper reset.
For best results, take the cleanse only when you are home, hydrated, and able to stay close to a washroom. The cleansing process may begin after resting overnight, so it is important to plan ahead and avoid taking it before work, travel, errands, or long outings.
Suggested cleanse cycle:
Take as directed for 1 to 3 days only.
This cleanse may encourage frequent elimination, so allow your body time and space to do what it needs to do. Eat lighter, drink water, and give yourself room to rest.
This cleanse is not intended for daily or long-term use. For general cleansing support, it may be repeated 2 to 3 times per year, with several months between each cleanse.
