How do I take the Bittaz More Life Tonic?
Take 1 shot glass twice daily for 2 weeks, then take 1 week off. Continue as needed for ongoing wellness support.
How do I take the Bittaz Cleanse?
Take ½ cup in the morning, ½ cup in the afternoon, and ½ cup before bed for 1 to 3 days only.
Will the cleanse send me to the washroom?
Yes. The cleanse may encourage frequent elimination, especially after resting overnight. We recommend using it when you are home, hydrated, and have easy access to a washroom.
How often can I do the cleanse?
